Cancellation & Refund Policy
At RetrohLoot.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for your purchases.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@retrohloot.com with your order number.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our returns process (see Section 2. Returns) after receiving the item.
2. Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your RetrohLoot! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how to proceed:

Eligibility for Return:
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Functional Issues (Consoles): For retro gaming consoles, if you encounter a functional issue that was not disclosed in the product description, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.
- Action Figures & Collectibles: Due to the collectible nature of action figures, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." Returns for these items are typically only accepted if the item is significantly not as described or damaged upon arrival.

Return Condition:
- Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, including all original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation.
- Any signs of tampering, excessive wear beyond what was noted in the original product description, or missing parts may void the return eligibility.

Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@retrohloot.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (along with photos/videos if applicable).
- Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions for returning the item, including the return shipping address.
- Shipping the Return: You are responsible for securely packaging the item and arranging for its return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. Shipping costs for returns are generally borne by the customer, except in cases of defective/damaged items, where RetrohLoot may cover return shipping.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error).
- Refund Delays: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@retrohloot.com.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items may be non-refundable, as specified in their product descriptions. These may include, but are not limited to, items sold "as-is" or specific collectibles where the condition is a critical part of the item's value.
